ENDOCRINOLOGY
The Endocrinology Department at PMC Hospital provides facilities for investigation and treatment of endocrine problems in adult, paediatric, and adolescent patients and all the complications of diabetes.
The Endocrinology Department consists of a dedicated and well-qualified team of healthcare professionals comprised of consultant endocrinologists, diabetic foot surgeons, diabetic educators, a physiotherapist, a psychologist, podiatry assistants, a medical social worker, a dietitian, and other support staff such as nurses, and administration personnel.
We offer Comprehensive Diabetes Care Program, Obesity Management Program, Thyroid Cancer Care, Paediatric Endocrinology, Insulin Pump Therapy, Pituitary Diseases Treatments, Adrenal Disorder Assessment under Endocrinology.
The department provides tertiary level health care to patients with diabetes as well as other complex endocrine problems. In addition, the department also has a strong commitment towards academic programs, as well as community-level initiatives.
